When it comes to trust, actions speak louder than words. But there’s one more ingredient that you should keep in mind – intentions.
Sometimes people will say and do all the right things, but with the wrong intentions in mind. And other times people will have all the best intentions for you, yet they will somehow say and do all the wrong things.
Trust is a gut feeling. But it’s so much more than that. Our senses pick up on a lot of information all the time that we are not able to analyse on a logical level in real time.
If something feels right, that means there’s no reason to doubt it.
But if something feels wrong, it’s because our senses have already noticed information that’s giving us reasons to doubt it, even if we cannot just yet understand that on a logical level.
