Your thinking mind (at the conscious level) is easier to train: you can listen to motivational speeches, repeat positive affirmations, read books, journal, slow down and shift your thoughts with meditation and intentional breathing.
But your feeling mind (at the subconscious level) is a little bit more difficult to reprogram, especially if you’ve been living in survival mode most of your life, which is the case for most people.
Your subconscious mind is constantly telling you that you’re in danger of external factors: failure, judgement, poverty, accidents, betrayals, heartbreak and all kinds of loss.
The bottom line is… You are safe.
And that’s all you need to know in order to reprogram your mind at the subconscious level.
Repeat “I am safe” throughout the day and feel the sense of calm that comes with it, because it allows the mind and body to relax!
