Today’s question is easy but I’ll make it more interesting!
Did you know the colour of the food you’re eating can boost your chakras: the energetic centres in your body?
What better or sweeter way to try this than with fruits!
❤️ If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed or all over the place, you need to ground your root chakra. Try eating something red: a red apple or strawberries!
🧡 If you’re lacking motivation or inspiration, you need to reboot your sacral chakra. Try eating something orange: an orange or a peach!
💛 If you’re in need of extra courage or willpower, it’s time to focus on your solar plexus chakra. Try eating something yellow: a banana will do the job!
💚 If you’re trying to be more forgiving and compassionate, your heart chakra is calling you to take a bite out of something green: perhaps a green apple or a kiwi!
💙 If you’re called to share your truth or lead a presentation, your throat chakra could use blue fruits: try blueberries, grapes or figs!
Blue and purple fruits boost both the throat chakra (communication centre) and your third eye chakra (imagination).
🤍 For extra connection to the Universe, you only need to look to white fruits: think dragon fruit, coconut or lychee!
