How would you define self-care?
Looking after your needs is self-care. Honouring your feelings is self-care. Choosing to better yourself physically, mentally or spiritually is self-care.
When you develop the habit of showing up for yourself daily, you automatically learn the habit of showing up for others too.
Why?
Everything starts with you.
To be a great partner, lover, friend, colleague or neighbour, you need to first learn how to be a great human being.
Thereβs no greater way to be human than to be yourself β your true, authentic self!
