50 Things to Do Before You Turn 30

The first 30 years of your life are about learning what society teaches you and then unlearning most of the information.

It is only then that you can discover who you really are underneath all the conditional programming.

The real, raw, authentic you. 

The one who craves deep understanding and real connections, loves unapologetically and unconditionally, and gets excited to be alive every day.

“Better late than never” is a great advice when it comes to self-discovery, but I believe that“the earlier, the better” is the better advice. 

Some lessons I learned the easy way, others the hard way. In hindsight, I probably wouldn’t have it any other way.

But if my story can inspire a change in you, then I’m more than happy to share the lessons that transformed me into a better human being! 

HERE ARE THE 50 THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU TURN 30:

  1. Learn a second language

  2. Take a solo trip 

  3. Live abroad 

  4. Rent an apartment on your own

  6. Do activities out of your comfort zone

  9. Have a long-distance friendship 

  10. Participate in a contest  

  11. Do a fitness challenge 

  12. Ask for a raise 

  13. Quit a hobby that no longer excites you

  14. Start a gratitude journal 

  15. Learn to cook at least one of your favourite meals

  16. Deliver a presentation in front of a group of people

  17. Learn how to meditate

  19. Reconnect with your inner child 

  20. Spend time with people who support your ideas
