As Susie mentioned in the episode, "You can't heal something that's in the unconscious body. If we suppress and repress emotional events that have been traumatic, we're not necessarily aware that they're the things causing the damage."

MEET SUSIE SMITH
Susie was first introduced to Breathwork in 2016 and she quickly fell in love with it. Her first Breahtwork workshop resulted in a much longer adventure – an 18-month certified training program.
In 2018, she completed her Laughter Yoga Leader training and throughout her practice, Susie regularly embraces and encourages joy through laughter! Laughter is medicine after all.
Her forever playful Spirit encourages not only her love of laughter, but dancing, drumming, sound healing and storytelling. Susie is a deeply intuitive Soul who works consciously with energy, psychic messages, and the Ancestors who are excited to teach us all how to tap into our inner power and channel more of our potential.
