Through his podcast, Alex teaches practical wisdom through the lens of existential philosophy, mental health, and masculinity.

His approach merges the philosophical underpinnings of existentialism, minimalism and stoicism with contemporary mental health conversations to help men break free from emotional baggage and limiting beliefs that hinder their growth.
