How to Practice Gratitude Every Day

Gratitude is the key that unlocks more of the abundance that is truly limitless. Gratitude is the true path to happiness, prosperity and inner peace 💚 

In this Live session with Spiritual Business Coach Andrea Winn, we talked about how to apply gratitude to: 

  1. Honour the past: Try writing a list of everything you’re grateful for from the past 12 months – what better way to celebrate your progress so far! 

  2. Create the future: Set time for intentionally embracing the present moment — for example, adding focus time in your work calendar or setting 30 minutes daily to reply to important messages with more intention. 

  3. Embrace the now: Join us for a 10-minute meditation that reconnects you with the energy of gratitude and helps you release the bitterness that might be blocking some of your success and abundance!

Gratitude helps us to grow in the most beautiful way. It gives us the time and space to re-discover more of our authenticity and apply it into everything that we do, so that we can connect with others on a deeper level and align with our true purpose on Earth.
