Efficiency

The more difficult you make it to indulge in a bad habit that steals a lot of your time (e.g. mindless social media browsing, online shopping or mobile games), the less likely you will engage with those activities.

A more organised workspace and lifestyle will help you to consistently focus on the next task in your schedule with more efficiency.

Your challenge today is to take time to organise your phone or laptop.

For example, remove any apps that you no longer use. What apps are distracting you on a daily basis? Take a break from them. Why not go through your gallery and delete any duplicate or blurry images?

The aim of this exercise is to make room for the right habits and to have more time to spend with the right people!
