Too often we don't pay enough attention to our health until we get ill.

There's a reason why we say β€œan apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Looking after our food intake with more awareness can help us build our resistance to the many distractions around us.

Your challenge today is to have an extra healthy meal – or a series of them!

For example, cook a homemade dinner instead of ordering takeaway, replace a chocolate treat with a piece of fruit, or drink an extra glass of water when you feel the soda cravings.

The aim: choose your food with more intention and be mindful of the connection between mind & body.
