What is a missed opportunity if not a lesson that you’re yet to master?
Rejection is redirection.
Everything happens (or doesn’t happen) for a reason. The sooner you learn to detach from taking things too personally, the more you will be able to appreciate the many life detours.
All too often we cling to stories about what could have been if X or Y or Z happened, but in reality it doesn’t matter. The past doesn’t change even if we talk about it for years.
What matters is that we consciously choose to change, so that we don’t repeat the same cycles for years and wonder why things are always the same.
We might not be in control of what opportunities come our way, but we have absolute control over our attitude, thoughts, words and actions, which set the tone for what’s to come next.
