This is a simple mindfulness exercise to get you to slow down and check in with yourself.

Is it sunny – do you feel joy and excitement?

Is it cloudy – are you worried about something? Can you name what it is, or is it buried deep in your subconsciousness?

Is it windy or stormy – full of overwhelming thoughts and stress forming raging thunders?

The only way to make a change is to be aware of what needs to be changed. The best way to change our life is to change ourselves. To change ourselves, we must first understand who we are: meditation and mindfulness help us do precisely that!
