Fear is a natural instinct for self-preservation.

Fear signals that we should be extra aware of our immediate environment and scan the place we’re in for any possible dangers.

Maybe it’s diseases, natural disasters or the evil that operates through people at times, but our mind can be very creative when tasked with picturing the worst case scenario(s).

What’s one thing in the world that scares you? Can you let go of the fear of it, knowing that it is not real – that it is not a real danger in your life right now? That’s all it takes to feel lighter, to embrace the present moment with more joy!
