We all like to be the hero or heroine that saves the day from time to time.

The one to invent a time machine, or catch a mastermind of a criminal, or create the love story of a lifetime, or use their superpowers to protect the Seven Wonders of the world.

But the stories we see on the big screen have all been inspired by real life. The brilliance we see on display from our favourite characters is the same brilliance we carry within us.

Do you know what’s the main difference between you and those characters?

It takes about 500 people on average to make a film.

How many connections do you have in your life that can help you turn your vision for the future into reality?

We often underestimate the power of a great network.

What we can do together with others, we can never achieve on our own. Yet we keep pushing ourselves to “do it all” on our own at all costs.

Do you know what’s hurting in the process? Everything – from our health to our relationships to our chances of success.

Next time you think about a protagonist you wish to embody, look around them. Who are their sidekicks? Who’s helping them behind the scenes? Who are the characters that have been there all along?

A hero is never alone, because his mission is too big for him to complete on his own.

A heroine rises to the peak of her powers when she understands the importance of being the heart of a community.

You, too, are the leading character of your life.

The question is who are the people in the supporting roles around you and how are they helping you to achieve your mission?

But also – how are you helping them, playing a supporting role in their life?
