Spiritual ascension is the process of elevating your consciousness, remembering your higher calling and understanding life beyond the 3D limitations on Earth.
The process of spiritual ascension requires a lot of energy and this is why it can feel exhausting to remember who you are and why you’ve come to Earth (this time).
The soul path requires patience and daily commitment — slow and steady is the only way to grow and ascend spiritually.
A spiritual awakening is the process of reconnecting with your Higher Self and in reality you don’t have Michael (as represented in the Good Place) holding your hand and giving you fancy technology: you meditate and begin to receive answers from the Universe.
But the Universe also delivers messages, guidance and clues in many forms:

movies
strangers
motivational speakers

billboard signs
As long as you’re open to learning and seek to understand more, the answers always arrive on time.
