Rita Desnoyers-Garcia has been helping people reach their true potential for over 30 years. She has a BA in Psychology from College of the Holy Cross and an MSSW from Columbia University.
After a long career as a social worker in New York City, and while raising her family, she had a spiritual transformation. She is now a spiritual teacher, speaker, life coach, and author, comedian and musician.
