In silence, we find ourselves.

In the absence of silence, we find how loud the voices of others can be.

Whether that’s the TV, the radio, podcasts, our friends or family, strangers – everyone’s voice wants to be heard.

But what about yours?

What makes it so difficult to sit in silence with your own voice?

Meditation is the path to re-connecting with your authentic self.

The more you listen, the more you’ll be able to figure out which thoughts are actually yours and which thoughts are merely there because thoughts thrive in chaos.

The more you train yourself to listen, the more you’ll be able to select which thoughts to actively pursue and repeat, so that you can become more aligned – in thoughts, actions, words and feelings.
