If every day is a school day, what does that then make the working week? A school of life?

Reflecting on our experiences as closely after they happened as possible helps us understand the “lessons” in real time and give us feedback that can be implemented right away. This is useful because it allows us to constantly increase our awareness and in doing so make more choices that take us in the direction of our goals.

But instead of approaching the interpretation of your week as a chore, think of it as a game – or better yet, as a mini-series you’d watch on Netflix.

What were the themes of the episodes? Was there mystery, or comedy, or perhaps some drama? Who were the people who played the supporting roles? What did you get to do, learn and / or achieve as the leading character? And finally, what would be the title of the past working week?

Once you figure out the title, think about whether this is the kind of title you’d like to experience more often or if there’s another type of show that comes to mind that you’d like to recreate next week.

Remember that you set the tone for your reality and the more consciously you create, the more likely that your life eventually becomes the version of your dreams.
