Not every person is a songwriter or an illustrator, but every person can lead a creative life.

As Elizabeth Gilbert once wrote, “A creative life is an amplified life. It’s a bigger life, a happier life, an expanded life, and a hell of a lot more interesting life.”

Your challenge today is to do something artsy, spontaneous and creative!

For example, dig into your old Lego sets or purchase a new one. Watch origami making clips on YouTube and create your own at home. Get your crayons out and paint a picture of what you see from your window.

The aim of this exercise is to think like a kid and invite inspiration into your day!
