Fitness

Ask any successful person and they will tell you it’s important to look after your body with the right food and enough exercise, similarly to the way you invest in your mind with the right books and enough knowledge.

Your challenge today is to have a workout session and make it count.

For example, book to a fitness class at the gym, go for a run in the park and run an extra km or mile, or play a workout clip on YouTube and sweat it out in the living room.

The aim is to invest in your fitness journey through daily habits, opposed to relying on the occasional big initiative.

If you struggle to get started alone or stay on track with your goals, ask a friend to join you!
