Gratitude

Gratitude helps us to grow in the most beautiful way. In the process of reflection and appreciation, we discover parts of ourselves and our current life that make us happy to be alive.

When we focus our attention on those parts, we begin to transform our daily mindset and become the hero of our story (opposed to the victim). In turn, an abundance mindset replaces the scarcity mindset β€” we begin to attract and recognise more opportunities, because we are more grounded in the present moment.

Your challenge today is make a list of everything you’re grateful for in the past year.

For example, make a list of all the things you accomplished in the past 12 months. See if you can highlight one big milestone for every month. Why not continue the list with areas of your life you wish to improve in 2022.

The aim of this gratitude exercise is not only to acknowledge your progress so far, but also to help you recognise how everything is connected!

In other words, when we spend a lot of time and effort in one area of our life, we might neglect anotherβ€Šβ€”β€Šuse the planning time to come up with ideas on how to get better at the things you might have been absent for.
